2nd inner voice is the one
If you have 2 voices ,
- Which tells you something important needs attention
- Something important needs to be done before you do anything else
- The one which give you fear if you dont do it
- 1 tells you to lets enjoy and play games and you feel good about it.
- 2nd tells you , you have exams and you have read certain topics and increases your heart beats , gives you anxiety
Then 2nd voice needs attention here. Listen to it and do that first. eg study gets preference over games.
Do this and you can reduce your exam anxiety plus it gives you confidence.
