By doing most important things esp. studying when you are fresh.What happens is reverse of this .
eg. when you wake up , you may start your day with least important thing like playing games / checking emails / on youtube and finally you end up spending 2-3 hours and when your mind gets tired , you may want to study because your mind tells you , you have already wasted a lot of time. Then this vicious cycle starts. You mind to not ready to study because it is tired and then procrastination starts ( delaying things to future ). Finally , you end up wasting more time.
So ,
Start most important things first , when you are fresh and least important things , when your mind is tired.
