Sleep - Just remember , you HAVE to take sleep from 11.30 pm - 7 am except if you want to watch football matches as i do watch from 1 am to 3 am. Wake up at 8 so you will go to bed early next day. You will feel relaxed all day
Maximum , you can extend is 1 am for any reason except above reason.
You got to little flexible else you will break.
